Currently, car sharing and traditional car rental are still mainly distinguished by the time of use and the handover process. With car sharing, you can rent our cars easily via smartphone in the city area (Munich) without having to come to one of our rental hubs. You can also rent our carsharing cars for just a few minutes, for example to get from one district to another. With our traditional car rental service, you have the possibility to reserve a car in advance for a certain period of time. The car will then be ready for you at one of our rental hubs for the booked duration. However, the minimum rental period is 1 day.

No, the CarVia app and the registration for our car sharing offer is completely free of charge. You only have to pay something when you drive with a CarVia Share.

Registration is super easy and fast. You only need to have your driving licence, ID card and means of payment at hand, and be over 25 years old. We then verify your registration in under 5 minutes. So, all in all it takes less than 10 minutes from app download to sitting in our car and driving off. Have fun!

For the journey to Munich Airport or the return journey from Munich Airport we have to charge a fee due to the high parking costs on site. This costs 14,50€ per way in addition to the rental price.

Yes, we also have Porsche Carsharing! We want to have just as wide a selection of vehicles as if you were buying a car. That's why we also have special cars from the Porsche brand!
