Autobahn: the A3 and A57 out of the city have unrestricted stretches - Cologne is 30 minutes away, Frankfurt two hours, and you set the pace.
Bergisches Land: winding roads, forests and small valleys just east of the city, with Altenberg Cathedral, Schloss Burg and the old town of Hückeswagen as stops - the local secret.
Eifel: about 90 minutes southwest, the country roads around the Nürburgring are some of the best public roads in Germany.
City and neighbors: Königsallee, the Rhine promenade and the Medienhafen at night - and Amsterdam or Brussels are two hours away if you want to take the Urus across the border.
