How to book a Mercedes CLE
The CLE sits in the so-called sweet spot - right between sportiness, everyday usability and business statement. To check availability, just enter your preferred dates and the nearest rental hub, and decide whether you'd like to add extra miles, trips abroad or an additional driver.
On the day of handover, we either bring the car straight to the address you specified - your hotel in Munich, Frankfurt or Hamburg, or the airport - or you pick it up at one of our many rental hubs across Germany.
The handover can be done digitally or in person with one of our rental agents, whichever you prefer. During the meeting you'll get a short overview of the car so your rental runs smoothly.
Returning the car is just as easy: either in person or via one of our key safes, which are accessible around the clock at many of our locations. Don't forget to remove all personal belongings before you drop off the key, and please return the car with a full tank.
Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 - sport and luxury combined
The Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 is currently the most powerful version of the CLE. This mild hybrid runs on the AMG-enhanced M256, a 3.0-liter inline-six with an exhaust turbocharger and an electric compressor.
All told, the powerplant from Affalterbach - AMG's hometown - makes 443 hp (449 PS in Euro spec), sent to all four wheels. Active rear-axle steering delivers a level of agility you'd hardly expect from a coupe this size, which really pays off in the city.
Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 - the benchmark
The CLE 63 hasn't been released yet, but we'll probably see it in 2025. We're already sure it'll be the benchmark in its class.
Unlike the C63, the CLE 63 is expected to skip the 2.0-liter four-cylinder hybrid in favor of a twin-turbo V8, just like the previous generations. Whatever heart AMG ends up putting into the CLE 63, we can't wait. Of course, you'll be able to rent it from CarVia as soon as it hits the market. Are you wondering what requirements you need to meet to rent a Mercedes CLE?
Of course, you'll need a valid driver's license and an identification document (ID card/passport). We accept driver's licenses from all over the world. However, if your license does not use the Latin alphabet or lacks an English translation, you will also need to provide an international driver's license in addition to your original document. The driver's license must have been in your possession for at least year. Additionally, the renter (and any additional drivers) must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 years.
