How to book a Mercedes GLS

Choosing a GLS for your trip goes far beyond pragmatism. In the largest SUV Mercedes currently offers apart from the G-Class, up to seven people find comfortable seats across three rows. So everything in the GLS is a little oversized - especially under the hood of the GLS 580. There, Mercedes-Benz has fitted a powerful 4.0-liter V8 with an impressive 510 hp and 538 lb-ft of torque. That allows the GLS, even with a curb weight of over 5,700 lb, to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in about five seconds and maintain a governed top speed of 155 mph.
That also makes the GLS the ideal car for long trips - after all, it comes with active traffic-jam assist, active steering and lane-keeping assist and a blind-spot assistant. Not to mention the legroom, which is of course a particular advantage for passengers in the rear. And, as is typical for Mercedes, the interior stands out for the craftsmanship with which high-quality materials such as linden wood and nappa leather have been finished.

Of course, you'll need a valid driver's license and an identification document (ID card/passport). We accept driver's licenses from all over the world. However, if your license does not use the Latin alphabet or lacks an English translation, you will also need to provide an international driver's license in addition to your original document. The driver's license must have been in your possession for at least year. Additionally, the renter (and any additional drivers) must meet the minimum age requirement of 19 years (higher for certain models).
